Results may vary across different sectors and volumes; data shared is anonymized and rounded. The aim is to provide actionable practices and a transparent framework.

  • Methodology: Clear flow from baseline, Strategy, Operation, Results
  • Metrics: ROAS, return rate, sales volume/revenue trend, delivery time and unit cost
  • Data sources: Channel analytics, order/logistics reports, customer service tags
  • Generalizability: May vary by industry, product mix and campaign calendar

The small summary table below presents the key indicators of three different cases at a glance. Details are included in each case heading.

Case ROAS (before → after) Sales/Productivity Return rate (before → after)
Boutique Clothing 2,1 → 3,0 Satış artışı +%35 %9 → %5
Influencer Merch 4,0 → 4,2 Kampanya satışları +%50 %7 → %4
Corporate Gifts - Lojistik maliyeti −%18 %8 → %5

Case #1: Boutique Clothing Brand - New Collection Launch

Initial status: The brand was using paid traffic to launch a new collection, but ROAS was not at the desired level and the return rate was high due to size. Visual consistency on product pages was limited; there was a perceived difference between the mockup and the actual print. Since the post-order production flow was dependent on a single supplier, deliveries could be prolonged during seasonal peak periods.

Strategy Podbul's e-commerce and marketplace integrations were combined in a single panel; product data and stockless POD flow were standardized. Mockup production and real print photos were used together to increase visual cohesion; size/fit information was enriched. Ad sets were re-segmented by product family and underperforming creatives were shut down.

Operation Orders were automatically routed to manufacturers via Podbul based on quality score and location. Extended quality control and color profile fixing were applied for the first 500 orders. Customer notifications were automated through the integration and return reasons were coded and reported regularly.

  • Real print photos + 3D mockup presented together on product pages
  • Size warnings and size chart added as mandatory field
  • Ad sets separated by category; low ROAS creatives stopped
  • Extended quality control deployed in the first wave

Sonuçlar: Ortalama ROAS 2,1’den 3,0 seviyesine yükseldi ve satış artışı yaklaşık %35 oldu. İade oranı %9’dan %5’e geriledi, ortalama teslimat süresi ise yaklaşık 2 gün kısaldı. Müşteri destek taleplerinde “baskı/görsel farkı” etiketli başvurular yarı yarıya azaldı.

Image/mockup suggestions: A simple line chart showing the weekly trend of ROAS and a before/after bar chart of return rate. Mockup-real print comparative product image and anonymized return reasons pie.

Case #2: Influencer Merch - Peak Demand during Campaign Period

Initial situation: High traffic was planned for a limited time drop; risk was high in a stocked model and preparedness for demand fluctuation was limited. ROAS had to remain stable and production and delivery had to be managed without delay to maintain campaign performance. Reasons for returns had historically centered around print consistency and size selection.

Strategy Pre-order window and capacity planning was set up with Podbul, parallel manufacturer pool was activated. Color profiles and print material standards were fixed with pre-campaign samples. Delivery SLAs were announced on the campaign page and customer expectations were clearly managed.

Operations: Orders were automatically distributed between two manufacturers based on geographical proximity; batch sizes in bulk production were optimized with Podbul rule sets. Labeling, packaging and tracking notifications were processed automatically through integration. Weekly reports were generated by detailing the reason codes in the return portal.

  • Delivery interval and cut-off date were clearly shown on the campaign page
  • Capacity stretched by opening simultaneous production with two producers
  • Color matching profile fixed; sample confirmation received
  • Generated periodic quality report with return reason codes

Image/mockup suggestions: Campaign timeline and order peak heatmap. Packaging mockup and a simple map visualization for regional delivery times.

Case #3: Corporate Gifts - Consistency in B2B Orders

Initial situation: Brand consistency and cost control were targeted for onboarding sets sent to multiple locations. Delivery and return processes were fragmented due to manual tracking and different suppliers. Size confusion and separate packaging of complementary products were creating additional costs.

Strategy: SKU standardization, visual approval flow and set-based productization were defined on Podbul. Regional production and shipping optimization planned with rule-based routing. Locked color and material standard with pre-production sample.

Operation Orders were automatically transferred to the manufacturer closest to the location; set products were combined into a single package. Invoicing and reporting were separated according to department-based cost centers. Return/reprint SLAs were clarified and made traceable on the customer side panel.

  • Pre-production sample and visual approval step made mandatory
  • Implemented location-based automatic production/cargo routing
  • Reduced the number of shipments by consolidating set products in a single box
  • Return and reprint processes measured with SLAs

Sonuçlar: İade oranı %8’den %5’e gerilerken paket başı lojistik maliyeti yaklaşık %18 azaldı. Fulfillment doğruluğu %99,2 seviyesine yükseldi ve teslimat süreleri öngörülebilir hale geldi. Pazarlama odaklı ROAS birincil metrik olmasa da, operasyonel tutarlılık proje birim maliyetini aşağı çekti.

Visual/mockup suggestions: Onboarding kit packaging mockup, a simple diagram showing the approval flow and a region-based shipping time heatmap. An anonymous operation report screenshot from the dashboard.
