2026 Current Etsy Fees

The following fees are based on Etsy's official Fees & Payments Policy are the basic deductions indicated on the page.

1. Listing Fee - 0.20 USD

For each listing when you publish a product on Etsy 0.20 USD listing fee is charged. This fee is charged for your product to be visible on the platform.

An ad remains active for 4 months.

• If the product is sold within this period, the ad will be automatically renewed.
• If the item is unsold when the time expires and auto-renewal is turned on, the ad will be reposted and the 0.20 USD fee will be applied again.
• If the product is in stock (e.g. 10 units entered) and auto-renewal is enabled for each sale, the listing fee is recurring for each unit sold.

Important: The listing fee is charged regardless of whether a sale is realized or not.

2nd Trading Commission - %6.5

Etsy, from every sale %6.5 trading commission He takes it.

This rate is calculated not only on the product price, but on the total below:

• Product price
• Shipping costs
• Additional charges such as gift wrapping

For example:
30 USD product + 10 USD shipping = 40 USD total sales
The commission is calculated on 40 USD.

3. Payment Processing Fee - Etsy Payments

If you use Etsy Payments, each sale will also be charged a payment processing fee.

This is the fee:
A percentage of the sales amount + a fixed transaction fee.

The rate depends on the country where the seller's Etsy account is registered.

Usually in accounts registered in the US, for example:
%3 + 0.25 USD

For accounts registered in Turkey, the rate is different and is indicated by country on Etsy's official payment page.

4. Currency Conversion Fee - Approx. %2.5

If the currency of the store is different from the currency of your bank account, Etsy will approximate %2.5 currency conversion fee applies.

This fee is deducted when converting the currency as soon as the payment is credited to your Etsy balance.

That is, if you sell in USD and receive payment in TL bank account:

• Etsy converts the amount to TL at its exchange rate.
• Reflects the cost of transformation

Especially for sellers who sell in USD and receive money in TL, this deduction can directly affect the profit margin. For this reason, currency conversion must be taken into account when pricing.

5. Etsy Ad Interruption (Offsite Ads)

If sales come from Etsy's advertising on Google and other platforms, additional advertising deductions may be applied:

Ways to Reduce Etsy Deductions

- Plan shipping costs strategically. Etsy transaction commission is deducted not only from the product price, but also from the shipping cost charged to the customer. - Be sure to take currency conversion into account. If you sell in USD and get paid in TL bank account, there is a conversion cost of approximately %2.5. Choosing a compatible store currency and bank currency and factoring in the exchange rate difference when pricing helps to maintain profit margins.
