Store Linking and Authorization 

Podbul Etsy integration is initiated after filling out the application form and completing the necessary information exchange. After this stage, you need to create an appointment for your Etsy store to be integrated into the Podbul system. In the online meeting held on the appointment date, with the guidance of a teammate from the Podbul team Etsy Podbul panel connection is established with your store. During the interview, the necessary authorizations are completed and the integration process is carried out step by step. During the online interview, you will be briefly informed about how the integration works and your questions about the process will be answered. When the integration is completed, your Etsy store is connected to the Podbul panel and order processes can be tracked through the system.

Category and Attribute Mapping

After Etsy integration, category and product matching is done in order to list the products correctly. In this process

• Products on the Podbul panel, Etsy’is matched according to the category structure.
• Basic information about the products (product name, description, price) is associated with the relevant fields of Etsy.
• Color, size and similar options are linked to the feature fields supported by Etsy.
• If mandatory fields are missing, it is recommended to check them before listing.
• Depending on the category, it is up to you to enter the required features.

This matching process helps to display products in the right category and with the right information in the Etsy shop.

Variation Rules

Variation allows different options (e.g. size, color or measurement) to be offered under a single product listing. Etsy allows up to two variation types In listings made through Podbul, the variation structure is created according to the selected product. For example, size and color variations are opened for a t-shirt product. These variations are determined according to the product size and color options in Podbul inventory.

In the listings created through the Podbul panel, only the options in the Podbul inventory are used. Thus, the products published in your Etsy store are listed in accordance with the production and order processes.

Cargo Profile Management

• Within the scope of Podbul Etsy integration, the shipping process covers the steps from receiving the order to delivering it to the customer. Etsy Orders from your store are synchronized in our system and the production process is started.
• The ordered design is prepared according to the size and color information of the selected product and shipped to the customer as a finished product after the printing process is completed. The processing time for orders is usually between 1-3 business days. These times may be extended during peak seasons or public holidays.
• When the shipping process is completed, a cargo tracking number for the order is generated and shared with the confirmation e-mail sent to the customer. Using this tracking number, the status of the order can be tracked on the website of the cargo companies. Thanks to this structure, the cargo process proceeds in an organized, trackable and transparent manner.
